How do I use Avoid Mode to separate students?
Avoid mode can be used to separate selected students from each other. It works by maximising the distance between selected students.
Click the 'Avoid mode' option on the side bar.
Click on the students that you do not wish to sit together. They will be highlighted in red.

Click 'Regenerate seating plan'. The students you selected will now be as far apart as possible.
