How can I fit longer data on my seating plan?
The data fields are intended for small amounts of text, such as grades, SEN codes etc. There is not space to display large chunks of text directly on the seats.
However, you can enter longer text into the notes field. These notes can be displayed on screen by clicking the paperclip icon on a student, or printed in a list below your seating plan.
