Why does my account show as Bronze when my school has a Platinum subscription?


This article is for teachers in schools on the Platinum plan


If your school has a Platinum subscription, but your account is showing as Bronze, the most likely cause are:

  • Your school has not yet completed the setup process to make your subscription active
  • Your email address is not on SIMS (or Arbor, Bromcom etc)
  • Your email address is on SIMS, but not marked as 'Work'
  • You've manually created your account on an email address that doesn't match your email address on SIMS
