Why does my account show as Bronze when my school has a Platinum subscription?
This article is for teachers in schools on the Platinum plan
If your school has a Platinum subscription, but your account is showing as Bronze, the most likely cause are:
Your school has not yet completed the setup process to make your subscription active
Your email address is not on SIMS (or Arbor, Bromcom etc)
Your email address is on SIMS, but not marked as 'Work'
You've manually created your account on an email address that doesn't match your email address on SIMS
