My email address is incorrect

This page is relevant only to users at schools with a Platinum subscription

Your email address is automatically syncronised with your school's MIS/SIS, so if it is incorrect on Mega Seating Plan this is because it is incorrect in the MIS/SIS. Please ask your school to make the necessary correction and allow a day or two for the change to reach Mega Seating Plan.

Important: Do not attempt to manually create a user account with the correct email address. If you do this, it will cause a conflict when the corrections are made in your MIS/SIS, delaying this issue being resolved and potentially causing your colleagues' classes to be out of date.
