How do I add photos to my seating plans?
Photographs on seating plans are available to all users on Silver, Gold or Platinum plans. Photographs are automatically imported for those on the Platinum (UK) plan, so these instructions do not apply. Schools with a Gold subscription can bulk upload photos from the admin page.
Bronze users will need to upgrade to add photos to their seating plans.
On the home page, click the little profile photo icon next to the class you wish to add photos for.
Next to each student, either drag an image file into the box, or click to browse for it. The photograph will be uploaded and will appear on your seating plans when photos are switched on.
