What is the difference between 'face seating' and 'corner seating'?

By default, students are positioned in the corners and around the edges of your rectangular tables. If you prefer to have students sitting centred on the edges of the tables instead, 'face seating' mode is for you:

Note that the geometry means that a face-centred table will always need to be larger than the equivalent corner-centred table, so you may need to resize to have the same number of seats as before (see the screenshots at the top of the page).

  1. On the 'Edit Classroom' page, click on the furniture you want to change.

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top-right of the furniture.

  1. From the menu, select 'Face seating'.
