How do I sync classes with Microsoft Teams?

Mega Seating Plan can import your class data from Microsoft Teams (or Google Classroom) in a few clicks.

Go to the 'Manage Integrations' page by clicking on your name and choosing the option.

From this page, you can manage your accounts connection to Google and/or Microsoft. If you have previously signed in using the Google/Microsoft buttons, your account may already be linked.

To import classes from Microsoft Teams, you must give Mega Seating Plan the appropriate permissions. Click the 'Grant permission' link to do this.

At this stage, you will be asked to confirm that you grant Mega Seating Plan permission to access your class lists. You may require your school's administrator to do this on your behalf.

From the Classes page of the dashboard, click the 'Sync with Teams' button, then follow the instructions to either import from Microsoft Teams as new classes, or link them to existing classes.
