How can I assign students to groups?
There are two ways to assign students to groups using Mega Seating Plan:
The Random Group Maker - one of Mega Seating Plans free teacher tools
The Smart Group Maker - more powerful, allowing groups to be assigned automatically
Simply choose whether you want a certain number of groups or if you want each group to be a particular size, then click 'Make groups'.
As above, select the basic requirements of your groups. In addition to this, you may choose to include student/teacher preferences and to make your groups single-gender (great for assigning rooms on residential trips).
