Can I customise the desk numbers?
This guide is for the new v2 rooms. To customise desk numbers in v1 rooms, click here.
By default, the desk numbers are populated incrementally from bottom-left to top-right. It is easy to add your own custom desk numbers, which could be useful for allocating computers or other equipment to students.
On the 'Edit room' page, double-click on any seating position.
Enter a custom desk number in the popup.
Now, when you toggle the 'Show desk numbers' button on your seating plans, your custom desk numbers will be displayed.
