# Why does my account show as Bronze when my school has a Platinum subscription?

If your school has a Platinum subscription, but your account is showing as Bronze, the most likely cause are:
* Your school has not yet completed the setup process to make your subscription active
* Your email address is not on SIMS (or Arbor, Bromcom etc)
* Your email address is on SIMS, but not marked as 'Work'
* You've manually created your account on an email address that doesn't match your email address on SIMS
