How do I use Magic Reports?
Magic Reports is available to all users on a paid subscription. Free users can try it out for up to ten reports before they will need to upgrade.
Magic Reports writes your student reports, references and recommendation letters for you. You feed it a few bits of information about the student and it will harness the power of AI to write your report.
From the home page, click on the little magic wand button next to the class you wish to write reports for.
Select a student from the dropdown list.
On the right of the screen, customise the options for your output. Your settings are saved automatically, so you only need to do this once.
On the left of the screen, select the criteria you wish to use for your report.
In the 'Any extra information?' box, provide any unique details about this student that you'd like the report to include. Including a few details here will dramatically improve the quality of the generated report.
Hit 'Generate report' and wait a few seconds.
Ta-daaa!
