# How do I get an activation email?


|| Activation links are only needed if your account is being automatically generated by your school's Platinum subscription. If you're otherwise struggling to sign in: [How do I reset my password?](/en/article/how-do-i-reset-my-password-qsnufx/)

1. Check that you haven't already activated your account by requesting a password reset from the sign in page. If you don't receive a message within a few minutes, continue the steps below.
2. Contact your school's Seating Plan administrator and ask them to re-send your activation email.
