# How do I delete a class?

||| Warning: Deleting a class will delete all seating plans linked to that class.

|| Classes that are synced with your school's system cannot be deleted.

There are two ways to delete an unwanted class:

1. On the ['Classes' page](https://www.seatingplan.com/classes), click 'Select classes' in the top-right corner.

2. Then select any classes you wish to delete by clicking on them. Selected classes will turn blue.

3. Finally, click 'Delete selected classes'.

* While editing a class, click the 'Delete class' button at the bottom of the page.
